A considered review. An independent investment decision.
The proposed service brings an external accountant’s perspective to the business model, forecasts, funding request and applicant information. Reviewer identity, qualifications, conflicts, scope, delivery time and applicable taxes will be confirmed before payment.
The €249 fee covers the assessment regardless of its conclusion. It does not guarantee investment, investor access or a loan. A full audit, legal investigation or investment due diligence engagement is separately scoped.
Funding information and ongoing support
The planned membership brings together information about funding rounds, grants, small-business loans and general business and tax topics. Programme eligibility and availability must be checked with each provider. Individual professional advice, company registration and filings are separately quoted; the review fee is not included.
Proposed annual-member benefit
A proposed tax-recovery service fee of 5%, compared with a standard 10%, for eligible refunds actually recovered. Covered jurisdictions, calculation basis, exclusions and applicable taxes must be agreed before engagement. This is a service fee, not a tax rate or a guaranteed refund.

- Agree the appointed reviewer, scope and terms before paying.
- Receive written findings and any requests for supporting evidence.
- Monaco Business Angels independently decides whether to progress the opportunity.
